[파랑예보]는 기타리스트 김진수의 음악 세계에서 또 다른 결을 보여주는 작품이다. 재즈를 기반으로 하면서도 보컬 중심의 서정성과 송라이팅이 결합된 이 앨범은, 연주 중심의 접근에서 한 걸음 나아가 ‘노래’와 감정의 흐름에 집중한다. 어쿠스틱한 사운드와 절제된 편성 위에서 기타의 섬세한 터치와 보컬의 따뜻한 음색이 자연스럽게 어우러지며, 음악은 과장 없이 차분하게 흐른다. 여백과 호흡을 중시하는 김진수 특유의 미학은 그대로 유지되면서도, 보다 직관적이고 감각적인 감상 경험을 만들어낸다. 앨범 제목 ‘파랑예보’는 특정한 감정을 단정 짓기보다, 다가오는 정서의 기류를 예감하게 하는 이미지에서 출발한다. 일상의 미묘한 감정과 변화의 순간들을 담담하게 포착하며, 재즈와 포크, 싱어송라이터적 요소들이 자연스럽게 교차한다.

Parangyebo presents another facet of guitarist Jin Soo Kim’s musical world. Rooted in jazz yet shaped by a vocal-centered lyricism and songwriting approach, the album moves beyond an instrumental focus to place emphasis on song and the flow of emotion. Built on an acoustic palette and restrained arrangements, the music unfolds with quiet clarity, where the subtle touch of the guitar blends seamlessly with the warmth of the voice. Kim’s characteristic sense of space and phrasing remains intact, while offering a more immediate and intuitive listening experience.
